We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, ShopPay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Tracking your order
When we ship out your order, we will send an email with a tracking number. You can use the number to track your package.
Change or cancel your order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail at email@example.com. We process our orders quickly, and since the payments are processed through the method of your choice, we need to contact your payment provider and ask them to cancel the order. If our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. A refund takes anywhere from 5-10 business days to be credited back to your account.
My Order won't go through. What should I do?
If you receive an error message during the checkout process make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser, and that all of your payment information is correct.
Only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.
